Terms and Conditions: The Loving Clarity Mentorship Program (3-Month Program)

1. Mentorship Overview

The Loving Clarity Mentorship is a 3-month program designed to provide participants with one-on-one guidance on using tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, and Excel to translate ideas into visuals and create more attractive and effective reports, presentations, and documents. This program combines self-paced recorded leasons, group calls, ticket-based feedback, and continuous support to enhance participants’ design and communication skills.

2. Enrollment and Eligibility

Enrollment is open to individuals who wish to enhance their skills in creating visually appealing reports and presentations. Basic knowledge of PowerPoint, Canva, or Excel is recommended but not required. Participants must complete the registration and payment process to officially join the program.

3. Fees, Payment, and Refund Policy

The total program fee is $950 USD, payable either in full at registration or in 3 monthly installments of $330 USD.

Refund Policy: Participants are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After this 14-day period, no refunds will be issued. Since this program is evergreen (available for enrollment at any time), the refund period starts from the day of purchase, not from the start date of the group calls or any individual sessions. 4. Program Components and Engagement

The Loving Clarity Mentorship program is designed to provide a structured and interactive learning experience through a combination of pre-recorded content, live sessions, personalized feedback, exercises, and engagement tools. The key components include:

a. Online Video Modules, Lessons, Masterclasses, and Exercises:

Participants will have access to a library of online video modules, structured lessons, and exclusive masterclasses hosted on the academy’s platform. In addition, exercises will be provided to help participants practice and apply the concepts they learn.

Modules and Lessons: Each module covers specific aspects of visual design, presentation techniques, or report creation, providing a step-by-step approach to skill-building.

Masterclasses: Expert-led, in-depth sessions that offer advanced insights into using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, and Excel for creating effective visuals.

Exercises: Practical exercises will be assigned with each module or lesson to reinforce learning. Participants are expected to complete these exercises as part of their progress and can submit their work through the ticket system for feedback.

All course materials, including videos, slides, and assignments, will be provided via our learning platform. Participants will need their own software licenses (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

b. Periodic Group Calls (Weekly/Biweekly):

The mentorship includes weekly or biweekly group calls where participants can interact with the mentor and fellow mentees. These calls offer opportunities to clarify doubts, share progress, and discuss specific topics related to the course modules.

Advance Questions: Participants must submit their questions 24 hours before the group call, allowing the mentor to provide thoughtful and personalized answers during the live sessions.
Call Recordings: If participants are unable to attend live, recordings of the calls will be made available on the mentorship platform.

c. Feedback via Ticket System (48-Hour Response Time):

The program offers a ticket-based system for personalized feedback. Participants can submit their completed exercises, designs, or project drafts through the platform for review by the mentor.

Response Time: The mentor guarantees a maximum 48-hour response time during weekdays, ensuring timely feedback to support participant progress.
Unlimited Submissions: There is no limit on the number of submissions participants can make. They are encouraged to submit their work regularly to gain ongoing feedback and improve their skills.

Participants can submit their design questions or work for review via the mentorship platform’s ticket system. The mentor will respond with feedback within 48 hours of ticket submission.

Ticket Submission: There is no limit on the number of tickets participants can submit, but it is advised to consolidate questions when possible.

Response Time: The mentor guarantees a response within 48 hours during weekdays (Monday-Friday). Delays during weekends or holidays may occur.

d. Engagement Reminders:

To help participants stay actively involved and progress through the program, automated engagement reminders will be sent periodically via email or notifications on the mentorship platform. These reminders include:

Alerts about upcoming group calls or deadlines for submitting questions.
Notifications when new video modules, lessons, or exercises are available.
Prompts to submit exercises or ticket-based queries for feedback.
General check-ins to keep participants engaged and focused on their goals.

By combining video lessons, exercises, group calls, personalized feedback, and reminders, this mentorship ensures a well-rounded, interactive learning experience that supports skill-building and application of knowledge. This structure offers a comprehensive learning experience, balancing instructional content with practical application through exercises and continuous support.

5. Mentee Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for actively
engaging
in
the program by working individually on the lessons and exercises, attending
group calls, submitting questions, and seeking feedback regularly. Mentees must
also complete suggested exercises or tasks as part of their progress in the
mentorship.

6. Program Access and Evergreen Model

The Loving Clarity Mentorship operates on an evergreen model, meaning participants can enroll and start the program at any time. Group calls will be scheduled at regular intervals, and participants will be informed of upcoming calls via email and the mentorship platform.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional tone in all interactions, whether during group calls, ticket submissions, or communication with the mentor. The mentor reserves the right to terminate the mentorship for participants who display unprofessional or disrespectful behavior, in which case no refunds will be issued after the 14-day refund window.

8. Scholarships for Low-Income Country Participants

The Loving Clarity Mentorship reserves the right to provide scholarships for participants from lower-income countries. Scholarships may cover partial or full tuition and are awarded based on the participant’s financial need and the program’s available resources. Participants interested in applying for a scholarship must submit a formal request via email to [info@lovingclarity.com], subject “Application for Mentorship”, detailing their financial circumstances and how the mentorship program will benefit them. This makes the program more accessible to participants from economically disadvantaged regions, enhancing inclusivity while maintaining program integrity.

Scholarship Terms: Scholarships are granted at the sole discretion of the program and are non-transferable. Scholarship recipients must comply with all other terms and conditions of the program.

9. Intellectual Property

Any work created during the mentorship remains the intellectual property of the participant. However, participants agree that their work may be used as examples in group calls or future versions of the mentorship, with credit given to the creator.

10. Mentorship Termination and Cancellation

Participants may withdraw from the program at any time. However, refunds will only be granted if the withdrawal occurs within the first 14 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

The mentor reserves the right to terminate the mentorship early if a participant fails to engage with the program, exhibits unprofessional conduct, or fails to meet the agreed-upon payment schedule (in the case of monthly installments). In such cases, no refunds will be issued after the 14-day refund period.

11. Liability and Disclaimers

The mentor provides guidance and advice throughout the program, but is not responsible for the outcomes of the participant’s projects or career. The academy disclaims any guarantee of specific results, such as job placement or financial gain, as these depend on the participant’s individual effort and circumstances.

12. Modifications to Terms

The academy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on the mentorship platform.
